Husum Way, Kidderminster

Watkiss Dawson & Ward worked with Living Space Housing Ltd on this project. The development delivered a mix of housing, ranging from 1-4 bedrooms located in Kidderminster, Worcestershire.

The design of the dwellings were prepared to achieve a very high degree of longterm sustainability  and energy efficiency, including a fully sustainable drainage system.

Gosmoor Lane, Elm, Wisbech

Watkiss Dawson & Ward are working with Bowsall Developments Ltd, to support  a full planning application for a new 100% affordable residential development, of 63 dwellings at Gosmoor Lane, which is located to the southwest of Elm, Wisbech.

​

The development will deliver a mix of housing, ranging from 1-4 bedrooms. The majority of the houses will be 2 storeys in height, with limited use of bungalow dwellings. They have been positioned so as to meet the required separating distances between new and existing properties. 

​

The development includes a new public open space/green space infrastructure at 0.19 hectares located to the north of the site so as to maintain open views towards the open countryside.

The Croppings, Lightmoor Way, Telford

Watkiss Dawson & Ward are working with Jessup Brothers Ltd on this project. A reserved matters application was submitted for a new residential development, of 96 dwellings. The site, known as The Croppings, is located to the southwest side of Lightmoor Village, Telford.

Lightmoor Village project is the vision of a joint venture between Homes England (Homes and Communities Agency - HCA), Bournville Village Developments Limited (BVD) and Bournville Village Trust (BVT). The joint venture, which is well advanced, is intended to demonstrate how high quality sustainable communities can provide people with places in which they can enjoy living.

Gladstone Street, Nechells, Birmingham

Watkiss Dawson & Ward have been appointed by Jessup Brothers Ltd, to complete this development of 32 dwellings. This high-quality, landmark residential development, will deliver a mix of 1 and 2 bed flats and 3, 4 and 5 bed houses located in Nechells, Birmingham.

​

The flats have been designed to provide a new focal point for the area. Stepping up from 3 storeys to 5 storeys, with mono pitched roofs, creating a new landmark development.
